The roof structures for Stairs 1 and 4 were installed, brickwork on the North wall is complete; the East is underway. Work on the South elevation and roof terrace walls continued throughout the month and is 90% complete. Eversource installed the gas meter and bollards to protect the meter. The HVAC ductwork in the gym is 85% complete. Framing of the exterior walls is 98% complete. Workers continued with the PVC membrane, and curb blocking for the Roof Terrace and expected to be water tight the first week of December. The West elevation window installation was completed.
